Contract Hire Terms: –

The minimum hire period is 7 days; however, we will consider shorter periods subject to terms

Hire rate is subject duration and location and will be quote to client by email

To arrange a confirmed booking, we will email the client our contract on request, to be returned to us within seven days completed with all data requested and an £800 set-up and delivery/collection fee

Cleaning fee of £650 to be paid before the hire starts. This is refundable when the unit is return clean and degreased

Hire to start with three weeks of signed contract

Hire rate will be confirmed when booking

Hire payments are in advance by BACS

For any short-term hires, all hire rates to be paid in full before hire starts

The hirer is responsible for insuring the unit to the full value of £32,000 plus any costs
Pick-up or delivery
The client can arrange to pick up at CTH from our yard at an agreed date and time and make arrangement for the return to CTH. At that time, we will show the client how everything operates.
The client may alternatively request us to deliver and setup on site at an agreed date and time and make arrangement for the collection and return of the CTH.
On returning or collection the Feed in the shed catering trailer must be clean and degreased, this includes, wall, ceiling, fridges, griddle, Bain marie, sinks, counters, and floor also any other equipment provided.
If return with out been clean and degreased, we charge £650 for cleaning
